Monthly
Monthly services are utilized in specialty facilities. This type of service once a month is recommended to control German cockroaches and carpenter ants.
One-Time
This service is available to customers upon request and evaluation. This type of service can include specific pest issues and/or mosquito control.

Inspection Services
If you're buying, building, or refinancing a home, you'll likely need to obtain an inspection for wood-destroying insects. As a licensed integrated pest management company, Pestech of Greenville, Inc. is proud to offer this service to homeowners.
Our licensed technicians, Chris Rhodes or Kelvin Rawls, will inspect the property as needed to fulfill the North Carolina Wood-Destroying Insect Report (NC WDIR-100). This report is adopted by the State's Structural Pest Control Committee. It's important to note that this report covers all wood-destroying insects including termites, wood boring beetles, carpenter bees/ants, etc.
